摘  要:汉高帝朝东宫是关乎汉家制度存续的核心建制,既体现了帝室吸纳周秦故事的传承理念,也展示出对儒学礼制的包容态度。汉高帝因利乘便设置太子及其从臣职能,东宫礼制因而呈现出“便宜”的特征,儒术因以礼学之长为高帝所用。儒生受命教谕东宫后,将“宜适”之礼引入帝室。与高帝杀伐果决不同,东宫展示出汉家政制温和的一面。Crown Prince’s Palace during Emperor Gao of Han’s reign was a core institution concerning the continuity of Han family systems.It embodied the imperial family’s concept of inheriting the legacy of the Zhou and the Qin dynasties and demonstrated an inclusive approach towards Confucian rituals and systems.Emperor Gao of Han opportunistically set up the functions of the Crown Prince and his attendants,thus the rit-uals of Crown Prince’s Palace showed a characteristic of“convenience”,and Confucianism was employed by Emperor Gao for its strengths in ritual learning.After Confucian scholars were commissioned to instruct Crown Prince’s Palace,they introduced appropriate rituals into the imperial family.Unlike Emperor Gao’s decisive and resolute actions,Crown Prince’s Palace showcased a milder side of the Han family’s political system.
