摘 要:为研究矩形窄通道局部裸露状态下淹没冷却过程,开展了不同残余水位和热工参数(入口速度、壁面初始温度、入口过冷度和输入热流密度)条件下底部再淹没实验研究。揭示了局部裸露状态再淹没过程与完全裸露再淹没过程的差异,基于不同工况下再淹没过程温度瞬态变化特性,分析了不同工况条件下淹没冷却关键参数——骤冷温度的变化规律。结果表明局部裸露骤冷时长远远小于完全裸露状态。发现骤冷温度随入口过冷度、质量流量和残余水位高度增加而升高。此外,基于BuckinghamΠ理论无量纲处理方式,提出了局部裸露状态下骤冷温度预测模型,预测关联式可使90%的实验数据处于±10%误差内。To investigate the reflooding cooling process under conditions of partial exposure in a narrow rectangular channel,experiments were conducted under various residual water level conditions with different thermal-hydraulic parameters(mass flow rate,initial wall temperature,inlet subcooling,and input heat flux density).The study revealed differences between the reflooding process under partial exposure state and complete exposure state.By analyzing the transient temperature characteristics of the reflooding process under different conditions,the variation patterns of the key parameters of reflooding cooling and the quench temperature were examined.The results indicate that the duration of quench cooling under partially exposure state is significantly shorter than complete exposure state.It is observed that the quench temperature increases with the inlet subcooling,mass flow rate,and residual water level height.Furthermore,based on the dimensionless treatment method of theΠtheory,a predictive model for the quench temperature under partially exposure conditions is proposed.The predictive correlation ensures that 90%of the experimental data falls within±10%error margins.
