摘 要:文中阐述了核电站数控起重机的产品功能和使用工况,根据数控起重机的工作特点、产品性能和安全性要求,详细介绍了数控起重机起升机构的几种典型设计形式,包括结构组成、功能设置、性能特点、适用工况及安全保障措施等;通过分析这几款典型产品在不同工况要求中的工作具体表现,提出了与之对应的设计建议和设计重点关注项,避免了设计者因不熟悉数控起重机的使用工况而导致的设计错误和不合理。最后,通过介绍这几款在生产过程中工艺要求和加工难点,为设计者编制生产工艺提供参考依据。In this paper,the functions and working conditions of CNC crane in nuclear power plant are described in detail.According to the working characteristics,product performance and safety requirements of CNC crane,several typical design forms of lifting mechanism of CNC crane are introduced in detail,including structure composition,function setting,performance characteristics,applicable working conditions and safety guarantee measures.By analyzing the specific performance of these typical products under different working conditions,some design suggestions and key items are put forward,thus avoiding the design errors and irrationality caused by the designers’unfamiliarity with the working conditions of CNC cranes.Finally,the process requirements and processing difficulties of these products in production are introduced,which provides a reference for designers to prepare process documents.
