摘 要:航运业是全球物流的重要组成部分,根据国内外碳减排发展战略,航运业低碳转型已成为港航产业的重大任务,绿色甲醇燃料具有环保、可再生和高效的特性,将逐步成为主流绿色船舶燃料。港口作为基础型、枢纽型设施,在区域经济发展和物流运输网络中发挥着重要支撑作用,因此大型港口开展船用绿色甲醇全产业链发展布局具有重要的现实意义。阐述绿色甲醇的定义,并将其与其他绿色能源进行分析比对,阐述绿色甲醇船用燃料需求趋势、国内外港口加注现状、生产基地布局规模,从经济、产业和社会三个层面分析大型港口布局绿色甲醇全产业链的必要性,围绕投资决策、设施布局、业务开展三个维度提出合理建议。Shipping industry is an important part of global logistics industry.According to domestic and foreign carbon emission reduction development strategies,low-carbon transition has become a major task of the port and shipping industry.Green methanol is environmentally friendly,renewable and efficient.Therefore,methanol is becoming the mainstream green Marine fuel.As a basic and hub facility,port is an important support for regional economic development and logistics transportation network.It is of great practical significance for large ports to develop the whole industrial chain of Marine green methanol.The paper expounds the definition of green methanol,analyzes and compares it with other green energy sources.In addition,the development trend of green methanol Marine fuel,the status quo of refueling in ports at home and abroad,and the layout scale of production base are analyzed in the paper.Besides,this paper emphasizes the necessity of large ports to lay out the whole green methanol industry chain from three aspects:economy,industry and society.In the end,the reasonable suggestions from three dimensions of investment decision,facility layout and business development are put forward.
