协同发展区互联互通交通设施规划探析——以闽西南协同发展区为例

摘　　要：面对介于城市群与都市圈之间这一层级的城市集合体,其交通需求及特征与典型城市群、都市圈均存在一定差异,因此,这一层面的交通设施规划的重点、要点也就不尽相同。以闽西南协同发展区为例,基于现状调研、趋势分析,提出规划的总体思路、发展目标及策略,进而针对客货运特征,分别提出区域客运一体化实施方案、区域物流与通道实施方案,力求为协同发展区这一层面的交通设施规划提供探究与参考。When the scale of an area is between urban agglomeration and metropolitan area,its transportation demand and characteristics are different from that of urban agglomeration or metropolitan area.Therefore,the key of the transportation facility planning in the area is also different.Taking Southwest Fujian Coordinated Development Area as an example,this paper proposes the overall idea,goals and strategies of the planning based on the investigation and trend analysis.Then,according to the characteristics of passenger and freight transport,propose two implementation plans,including the implementation plan of the passenger transport integration and the implementation plan of regional logistics and channels.The idea provided by this paper could be a reference for the planning of transportation facilities in the cooperative development area.
