基于卡口时空数据的车辆夜间停放供需分析——以广州市为例

摘　　要：车辆夜间停放供需分析是精准缓解停车难问题的关键。由于区域夜间车辆停放需求难以获取,基于卡口时空数据提出了一套夜间停车需求分析关键技术,并以广州市为例从车辆泊位供需比特征、停车供需与轨道供给耦合两方面进行车辆夜间停放供需分析。结果表明:提出的技术能够聚焦停车难问题严重区域、停车设施补短板应关注区域,可作为相关部门有序规划停车资源的重要参考。The supply and demand analysis of vehicle parking at night is the key to accurately alleviate the parking problem.Due to the difficulty in obtaining the vehicle parking demand,a set of key technology for analyzing nighttime parking demand is proposed based on the spatio-temporal data of the checkpoint.Taking Guangzhou as an example,the supply and demand of nighttime vehicle parking are analyzed from two aspects:the characteristics of the supply/demand ratio of vehicle parking and the coupling of parking supply and demand and rail supply.The results indicate that the technology proposed in this article can focus on areas with severe parking difficulties and areas where attention should be paid to addressing parking facility deficiencies,as an important reference for relevant departments to plan parking resources in an orderly manner.
