摘  要:栽培驯化改变植物生物学和生理生态特性,但其如何影响药用植物对重金属污染的响应知之甚少。为研究Cd添加对栽培型和野生型灯盏花(Erigeron breviscapus(Vant.)Hand.-Mazz.)生物学性状、Cd吸收分配特征及生理响应的影响。采用盆栽试验,设置0、2.5、5和15 mg·kg^(-1)共四个Cd浓度梯度,采用隶属函数法综合评价两种类型灯盏花对Cd的耐性。结果表明:随Cd浓度增加,灯盏花植株Cd含量显著增加,但株高、SPAD值有降低趋势,而叶长宽、可溶性蛋白和MDA含量变化较小。在较高Cd添加浓度(15 mg·kg^(-1))下,两种类型灯盏花生物量显著高于不添加Cd处理,野生型SPAD值显著高于栽培型。同一Cd添加浓度的两种类型灯盏花SOD、POD、CAT活性和GSH、NPT、PCs含量无显著差异。两种类型灯盏花Cd的耐性指数大于1,平均Cd富集系数和转移系数大于0.5,但两种类型间无显著差异。栽培型和野生型灯盏花均具有较强的Cd富集能力和耐Cd特性,其中栽培型属中耐Cd型,野生型属高耐Cd型。栽培驯化后灯盏花耐Cd能力降低,转移和富集能力变化不明显。Plant biological and physiological ecological characteristics are changed by cultivation and domestication,but little is known about the responses of medicinal plant to heavy metal pollution.The effects of Cd addition on biological characters,Cd accumulation and physiological response of Erigeron breviscapus were studied.In this study,pot culture was conducted with four Cd concentration gradients of 0,2.5,5,15 mg·kg^(-1),meanwhile,the tolerances of two types of Erigeron breviscapus to cadmium were evaluated by membership function method.Results showed that the increase of soil Cd concentration increased significantly the Cd content of Erigeron breviscapus but tended to decrease plant height and SPAD value.However,the leaf length and width,soluble protein and MDA of Erigeron breviscapus varied slightly with increasing of Cd concentration in soil.At higher Cd concentration(15 mg·kg^(-1)),the biomass of two types of Erigeron breviscapus was significantly higher than that without Cd addition treatment,while SPAD value of wild type was significantly higher than cultivated type.There were no significant differences in activities of SOD,POD,CAT and contents of GSH,NPT,PCS between the two types of Erigeron breviscapus at the same concentration of Cd.The Cd tolerance index,average enrichment coefficient and transfer coefficient of both two types Erigeron breviscapus was greater than 1,0.5 and 0.5,respectively,but those index and coefficient were not significantly different between two types.Cultivated and wild type of Erigeron breviscapus had strong Cd enrichment ability and Cd tolerance,the cultivated Erigeron breviscapus belonged to medium Cd tolerance type,while wild type belonged to high Cd tolerance type.After cultivation and domestication,the Cd tolerance ability of Erigeron breviscapus decreased,but transfer and enrichment ability did not change significantly.
