基于R语言数据挖掘分析中医治疗糖尿病脑病用药规律

摘　　要：目的对现代文献中糖尿病脑病(DE)的方剂进行数据挖掘,为中医治疗DE提供新思路。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)建库至2023年6月18日收录的中医药治疗DE相关文献。利用R4.3.0软件tidyverse和reshape2包对原始数据进行提取,利用Excel2019统计药物性味归经,利用itemFrequency函数统计药物频次,采用Apriori算法进行关联分析,利用R语言factoextra包对高频药物进行层次聚类分析,利用psych包进行中药二分类变量相关性分析及因子分析。结果共纳入57首处方,涉及112味中药,用药频次420次,其中使用频次前10位中药依次为石菖蒲、黄芪、茯苓、甘草、人参、熟地黄、远志、黄连、川芎和当归;性味以甘温为主,苦寒、辛平辅之,主入脾经;大部分中药具有清热、开窍、安神、健脾等功效;关联分析、聚类分析及因子分析显示,川芎-当归-红花-桃仁相关性最强。结论中医治疗DE多从脾论治,治法以益气滋阴、清热生津为主,佐以祛瘀通络、涤痰通窍。Objective To mine the prescription information of diabetic encephalopathy(DE)in modern literature;To provide a new idea for the treatment of DE with Chinese materia medica.Methods Literature about TCM treatment for DE was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP from the establishment of the databases to June 18,2023.Raw data were extracted using Tidyverse and Reshape2 packages in R 4.3.0.Excel 2019 was used to conduct statistical analysis on property,taste and meridians of drugs.The itemFrequency function was used to calculate drug frequency.Apriori algorithm was used for association rule analysis.Hierarchical clustering analysis of high-frequency drugs was conducted using R language factoextra package.Correlation analysis and factor analysis of binary variables in Chinese materia medica were conducted using the psych package.Results Totally 57 prescriptions were included,involving 112 kinds of Chinese materia medica,with a total frequency of 420 times.The top 10 kinds of Chinese materia medica were Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,Astragali Radix,Poria,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata,Polygalae Radix,Coptidis Rhizoma,Chuanxiaong Rhizoma and Angelicae Sinensis Radix;the properties and tastes were mainly sweet and warm,bitter and cold,supplemented with pungent and neutral,and the main meridian was spleen meridian;most of the prescriptions had the efficacy of clearing heat,opening orifices,calming the mind,invigorating the spleen and so on.In the correlation analysis,clustering analysis,and factor analysis,it was found that the correlation between Chuanxiaong Rhizoma-Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Carthami Flos-Persicae Semen was the strongest.Conclusion TCM treatment for DE mainly focuses on the spleen,with the main treatment methods being nourishing qi and yin,clearing heat and generating fluids,supplemented by removing blood stasis and unblocking collaterals,clearing phlegm and opening the orifices.
