摘  要:罗胜教授认为,肝肺之间存在以气机为基础、气血经脉循环流注的综合轴,即“肝肺气血循环轴”,并提出肺结节的关键病机是肝主疏泄失职,气机血运失调。肝失疏泄,肺气受损,肝肺气机升降平衡失调,气血津液阻滞于肺络,导致气郁痰凝血瘀等病理因素产生,最终形成肺结节。基于肝肺气血循环轴,提倡疏肝理肺法,兼顾祛瘀化痰,扶正固本。附验案一则,为治疗肺结节提供思路。Professor Luo Sheng argues that there is a comprehensive axis between the liver and the lung based on qi,blood and meridian circulation,that is,the liver-lung qi and blood circulation axis and proposes that the liver failing to maintain dispersing and discharging and the activities of qi disordering of ascending and descending are the key pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules.The function of the liver in controlling the qi movement is disordered,then lung qi is damaged,with its consequent the balance of liver and lung qi ascending and descending is disordered and the qi,blood,and body fluid are blocked in the lung,resulting in pathological factors such as qi depression,phlegm coagulation and blood stasis,and finally the formation of pulmonary nodules.Based on the liver-lung qi-blood circulation axis,the methods of dispersing stagnated liver qi and regulating the lung qi,removing blood stasis and phlegm and reinforcing the healthy qi to restore the normal function are advocated,with one medical case attached,which could provide ideas and references for the treatment of pulmonary nodules.
