黄腊平运用乌梅丸治疗杂病经验

摘　　要：黄腊平教授临证谨守乌梅丸“厥阴寒、少阴寒、少阳热化”的核心病机,概括用方指征为“自觉气往上冲,口干口苦,大便不成形或大便稀,恶寒,舌淡红,苔白,脉沉微或脉沉弱等”,并将其广泛运用于杂病诊疗。临证随病机而变,均能获良效。本文总结黄腊平教授应用乌梅丸用药特色,并附心悸验案1则。Professor Huang Labing grasps the core pathogenesis of“Jueyin cold,Shaoyin cold,Shaoyang heat”of Wumei Pills,and summarizes the indications of the prescription as follows:“feeling qi rushing up,dry and bitter mouth,irregular stool or loose stool,aversion to cold,pale red tongue,white tongue fur,pulse sinking or weak pulse sinking”,and widely uses in various kinds of miscellaneous diseases.Clinical manifestations vary with the pathogenesis and can achieve good results.This article summarized the characteristics of Professor Huang Laping’s application of Wumei Pills in medication,and one case of palpitations was provided.
