基于“足三阴虚损”理论探讨针刺防治围绝经期骨质疏松临床应用

摘　　要：女性绝经前后一段时间,随着激素水平下降,骨量也随之降低,易发骨质疏松,若不及时干预,会增加骨折风险。足三阴虚损是指肝脾肾三脏俱虚,使气血生化不足,无法滋养五脏,最终导致阴损及阳、元气虚损而引发各种疾病。围绝经期女性肝、脾、肾三脏气血、经气衰减,出现肾精亏虚、脾胃虚弱、肝血不足等,从而导致骨质疏松。针刺治疗围绝经期骨质疏松以补益肾阳、强筋健骨、健脾养胃、调肝补血为原则,并附验案1则以佐证,为临床治疗本病提供思路。During a period of time before and after menopause,as hormone levels decrease,bone mass also decreases,leading to increased risk of osteoporosis in women.If not intervened in a timely manner,it will increase the risk of fractures.Three yin deficiency in foot refers to the deficiency of the liver,spleen,and kidney,resulting in insufficient qi and blood biochemistry to nourish the five organs,ultimately leading to yin deficiency and deficiency of yang and original qi,causing various diseases.Perimenopausal women experience a decline in qi and blood,as well as meridian qi,in the liver,spleen,and kidneys,resulting in kidney essence deficiency,spleen and stomach weakness,and insufficient liver blood,leading to osteoporosis.Acupuncture treatment for perimenopausal osteoporosis is based on the principles of tonifying kidney yang,strengthening tendons and bones,strengthening spleen and stomach,regulating liver and nourishing blood.One medical case study was attached as evidence,providing ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.
