老锦雄应用温针背俞穴联合刺血疗法治疗围绝经期综合征上热下寒证经验

摘　　要：围绝经期综合征为妇科常见疾病,常兼具心理症状及躯体症状双重表现。老锦雄提出围绝经期综合征上热下寒证内在病理特点为元气亏虚、脏腑功能失和,核心病机为元气虚衰、相火妄动,通过温针灸背俞穴联合放血疗法以培补元气、引火归元,为治疗该病提供新思维、新方法。Perimenopausal syndrome is a common gynecological disease that often presents with both psychological and physical symptoms.Lao Jinxiong proposes that the intrinsic pathological characteristics of the syndrome of upper heat and lower cold in perimenopausal syndrome are original qi deficiency,Zang and Fu dysfunction,and the core pathogenesis is original qi deficiency and liver-kidney irritation.The combination of warm acupuncture and moxibustion and bloodletting therapy at the Back Shu acupoints could be used to reinforce original qi and ignite fire to origin,providing new ideas and methods for the treatment of the disease.
