林季文治疗岭南地区小儿厌食症经验

摘　　要：总结林季文教授对岭南地区小儿厌食症的临床用药经验。林季文教授根据临证经验提出“儿童诸病气源论”,即小儿疾病与气的功能密切相关,其中脾胃是后天气血生化之本,脾困失运为岭南小儿厌食症的核心病机,治疗以健运为先,以消食导滞、化痰祛湿、健脾开胃、益胃养阴、柔肝健脾等为法,创运脾消滞方、楂麦平胃散等方。林季文教授辨证结合岭南地域特点,善用岭南道地药材及花类药,并注重顾护小儿脾胃。This article summarized Professor Lin Jiwen’s clinical experience in treating children with anorexia in Lingnan area.According to clinical experience,Professor Lin Jiwen puts forward the“qi source theory of children’s diseases”,that is,children’s diseases are closely related to the function of qi,in which the spleen and stomach are the basis of generation and transformation of acquired qi and blood,and spleen distress and loss of transportation are the core pathogenesis of children’s anorexia in Lingnan area.Therefore,the treatment of this disease should focus on healthy transportation,and take the methods of eliminating food stagnation,eliminating phlegm and removing dampness,strengthening spleen and appetizing,invigorating stomach and nourishing yin,softening liver and strengthening spleen,etc.Chuangyunpi Xiaozhi Prescription,Zhaomai Pingwei Powder,etc.are created.Professor Lin Jiwen’s treatment of anorexia in Lingnan children,combining syndrome differentiation with regional characteristics of Lingnan,makes good use of Lingnan authentic medicinal materials and flower drugs,and takes care of children’s spleen and stomach.
