中国式现代化视域下全民健身整体性治理经验与展望

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,在中国式现代化视域下分析全民健身整体性治理现状、经验,并提出展望。治理现状:初步形成全民健身整体性治理体系,全面回应全民健身服务转型发展的需要,整合开创共建共治共享现代化治理新局面。治理经验:倡导治理主体多元化,促进人民健康的治理目标明晰,强调治理机制的灵活性,治理手段以信息技术为支撑。展望:健全责任机制,促进治理主体间的有效沟通;创新无缝隙整体性服务,提升资源利用效率;完善协调整合机制,突破壁垒限制;倡导信息技术整合应用创新,优化服务质量。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the status quo and experience of the holistic governance of national fitness from the perspective of Chinese modernization,and put forward the prospect.Status quo of the governance:The holistic governance system for national fitness has been initially formed to meet the needs of the transformation and development of national fitness services,and a new situation of co-construction,co-governance and shared modern governance has been integrated.Governance experience:It advocates the diversification of governance subjects,has clear governance goals for the health of its people,emphasizes the flexibility of governance mechanisms,and its governance measures are supported by information technology.Prospect:We should improve the accountability mechanism to promote effective communication among governance entities,innovate seamless holistic services to improve resource utilization efficiency,improve the coordination and integration mechanism to break through barriers and restrictions,and advocate the integration and application of information technology innovation to optimize the service quality.
