摘　　要：冀商作为中国最早的商帮之一,在漫长的商业实践中形成了独特的冀商精神。该文以冀商经商时使用的生产工具及量具为抓手,揭示冀商精神与经商器物之间的联系并探讨冀商精神对未来商业发展的价值和意义。首先,梳理经商器物的历史沿革,通过分析墨斗、熨斗的形制、材料、功能等方面的演变探讨经商器物的发展脉络;其次,选取具有代表性的糕点模具和量斗,从象征意义及使用场景出发论述冀商精神的物质化及文化;最后,以著名冀商企业为例说明冀商精神与现代企业管理之间的关系,并探讨冀商精神在商业实践和企业发展中的应用价值,以期为商业领域的创新和发展提供理论支持。As one of the earliest business groups in China,Hebei merchants formed a unique spiritin the long business practice.This paper based on the production tools and measuring tools used in the business,this paper reveals the relationship between the business spirit and the business instruments,and probes into the value and significance of the business spirit to the future business development.First of all,the paper combs the historical evolution of commercial utensils,and discusses the development of commercial utensils by analyzing the evolution of the shape,material and function of ink fountain and iron.Then it selects the representative pastry mold and measuring bucket,and discusses the materialization and culturalization of the spirit of Hebei merchants from the symbolic meaning and use scene.At last,the paper takes the famous business enterprises as an example to explain the relationship between the business spirit and modern enterprise management,and discusses the application value of the business spirit in business practice and enterprise development,in order to provide theoretical support for the innovation and development of the business field.
