摘  要:“新工科”“新医科”“新农科”“新文科”建设深化高等教育改革,推动高等教育专业布局、课程建设和人才培养模式创新发展,对于服务国家重大战略决策有着重要的促进作用。“四新”建设对于传统学科建设的优化升级、创新发展提出了更高要求,如何为学科建设改革提供高质量、深度信息咨询服务,成为高校图书馆相关业务发展的现实需求。该文采用文献计量的方法,对“四新”建设背景下国内高校图书馆开展的相关研究进行分析,并结合领域内的研究热点进行讨论,针对农业高校图书馆信息服务,从学科建设、人才培养、业务发展三个方面提出对策建议。The construction of"new engineering""new medical science""new agricultural science"and"new liberal arts"plays an important role in promoting the reform of higher education,promoting the innovation and development of the professional layout and curriculum construction of higher education and the personnel training model,which plays an important role in serving the major strategic decision-making of the country.The construction of"Four New"puts forward higher requirements for the optimization,upgrading and innovative development of traditional discipline construction.How to provide high-quality and in-depth information consulting services for the reform of discipline construction has become a realistic demand for the development of related business of university libraries.This paper uses the bibliometric method to analyze the relevant research carried out by domestic university libraries under the background of"Four New"construction,discusses the research hotspots in the field,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the information service of agricultural university libraries from three aspects:discipline construction,personnel training and business development.
