摘　　要：基于改进层次分析法(Improved Analytic Hieratchy Process,IAHP),对南水北调中线工程豫北段征迁工作的实施效果进行模拟评价。IAHP法有效避免了层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)中难以准确对元素间相对重要程度进行定量判断,IAHP法创建的判断矩阵具有自调节性,满足判断矩阵一致性的要求,可以省去AHP法一致性检验的过程,降低了参与者对指标间进行比较的繁杂程度,同时后期计算量也大为降低。从评价结果看,当评价指标和指标体系构建合理时,IAHP法能很好地替代AHP法。Based on the Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process(IAHP)Method to simulate and evaluate the implementation effect of land acquisition and relocation work in the northern part of Henan province.The IAHP method overcomes the disadvantage of traditional Analytic Hierarchy Prosess(AHP)method,which is difficult to accurately determine the relative importance of elements,and uses self adjustment Method to establish a consistency judgment matrix,thereby omitting the consistency check process,greatly reducing the comparison workload and later computational complexity of participants.From the evaluation results,when the evaluation indicators and index system are constructed reasonably,the IAHP method can completely replace the AHP Method.
