摘 要:基于层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)的模糊综合评价方法往往将指标层信息作为独立指标应用到工程治理效果评价中,而网络分析法(Analytic Network Process,ANP)可考虑指标层间的相互影响,在给出指标权重时考虑到指标间的反馈作用。提出结合ANP的模糊综合评价方法,考虑河道治理效果评价指标中的相互作用关系,将其应用到阳泉市桃河的河道生态治理评价中,证明了该方法的合理性和有效性,可供类似河道治理提供评价方法。Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)Method often apply indicator layer information as independent indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of engineering governance,while Analytic Network Process(ANP)Method can consider the mutual influence between indicator layers and the feedback effect between indicators when giving indicator weights.This article proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combining network analysis method,taking into account the interaction relationship among the evaluation indicators of river management effectiveness,and applies it to the ecological management evaluation of the Taohe River in Yangquan City.It proves the rationality and effectiveness of this method and can provide an evaluation method for similar river management.
