摘　　要：海工钢丝绳市场是钢丝绳生产强企纷纷瞄准的重要用途钢丝绳市场,也是纷纷落地巨型捻股机、合绳机生产钢丝绳的主要目标市场。面对海工钢丝绳超重、超长、大直径、镀锌、高破断拉力及使用所处的特殊环境,分析认为,国内企业制造该用途钢丝绳目前确实面临不少困难。欲生产好海工钢丝绳应做好以下几方面工作:深入分析粗直径钢丝绳性能特点,高度重视盘条质量,慎重选择适合海洋环境的钢丝绳润滑油脂,仔细研究钢丝绳制造关键技术,适度考虑增加预张拉工艺,必须强调捻制设备运行可靠的重要性,充分认识增加大吨位钢丝绳破断拉力试验机的必要性,不断丰富能更好满足使用的钢丝绳其他性能。在持续实践与总结中逐渐提高国产海工钢丝绳质量。Offshore engineering wire rope market is important purpose wire rope market of wire rope production companies have targeted,but also have landed giant strander,closer to produce wire rope main target market.Aiming at offshore engineering wire rope overweight,ultra-long,large diameter,galvanized,high breaking tension and special environment in which it is used,analysis believes that domestic enterprises are indeed facing many difficulties in manufacturing wire rope for the purpose.To produce good offshore engineering wire rope should do following aspects of work.In-depth analysis of performance characteristics of large diameter wire rope,pay high attention to wire rod quality,carefully select suitable for marine environment of wire rope lubricating grease,carefully study key technology of wire rope manufacturing,moderate consideration of increasing pre-tensioning process,must emphasize importance of reliable operation of twisting equipment,fully understand necessity of increasing large tonnage wire rope breaking tensile testing machine,continuous enrichment better meet usage of wire rope other properties.In continuous practice and summary gradually improve quality of domestic offshore engineering wire rope.
