摘 要:绿色钢帘线生产对盘条的冶金质量提出了更高的要求。对氧化炉炼钢法(BOF)和绿色电弧炉(EAF)生产的盘条进行对比。经特殊热处理后,绿色盘条黄丝表面质量与BOF相当;且由绿色盘条生产的钢帘线产品破断强度增加、RV疲劳相当,断丝率明显下降,生产效率提高,但亨特疲劳在高应力区需进一步改善。绿色盘条钢帘线的研发极具环保效益和市场前景,相信随着冶炼工艺的优化与钢帘线厂家内部的工艺调整,钢帘线的疲劳性能会得到提升。Production of green steel cord requires higher metallurgical quality of wire rod.Wire rods produced by basic oxidation furnace steelmaking(BOF)and green electric arc furnace(EAF)were compared.After special heat treatment,surface quality of green wire rod plating wire is equivalent to that of BOF.Moreover,breaking strength of steel cord produced by green wire rod is increased,RV fatigue is equivalent,wire breaking rate is significantly decreased,and production efficiency is improved,but Hunter fatigue needs to be further improved in high stress area.The research and development of green wire cord has great environmental benefits and market prospects.It is believed that with optimization of smelting process and adjustment of steel cord manufacturers,fatigue performance of steel cord will be improved.
