摘  要:60Si2Mn弹簧扁钢在剪切加工过程中角部崩料。对A钢厂出现角部崩料的扁钢与B钢厂未出现崩料的扁钢进行理化检验并对比分析。A钢厂试样的化学成分、脱碳层、金相组织、夹杂物、低倍检验结果均优于B钢厂试样,力学性能相差不大,A钢厂试样硬度高于B钢厂试样。扫描电镜观察断口发现,B钢厂试样虽然没有明显崩料,但角部位置存在撕痕,已出现崩料趋势。结果表明:用户使用的大规格扁钢所需的剪切力已达到冷剪机极限,导致了剪切崩料现象的发生。建议更换下料方式,采用锯切下料,以保证剪切质量。60Si2Mn spring flat steel corner crumbled during shear process.Flat steel with corner crumble in A steel plant and flat steel without corner crumble in B steel plant were tested and analyzed.The results of chemical composition,decarburization layer,microstructure,inclusion and macroscopic test of samples of A steel plant are better than that of B steel plant,There is little difference in mechanical properties,hardness of sample from steel plant A is higher than that from steel plant B.Fracture surface observed by SEM showed that there was no obvious cracking in sample of B steel plant,but there were tear marks at corner of the sample,and tendency of cracking appeared.Results show that shearing force of large size flat steel used by users has reached limit of cold shear machine,which leads to phenomenon of shear-breaking.It is suggested that cutting mode should be changed and sawed to ensure cutting quality.
