摘 要:电梯钢丝绳在电梯应用过程中,弹性模量会用于电梯加载后伸长量的计算。现有电梯用钢丝绳弹性模量在使用中,受到概念定义、单位选取、测算方法、样本选取等方面的影响,极易造成设计计算和应用不符,导致设计偏差而影响电梯运行。通过EA的引入提供一个新的视角来定义钢丝绳弹性模量,将传统钢丝绳弹性模量E和金属截面积A的乘积一起作为评价指标,避免了钢丝绳金属截面积和力值取值范围对电梯系统计算的影响,更有利于提高从业人员对电梯用钢丝绳弹性模量的理解,提高电梯系统的计算精度。In elevator application process,elastic modulus of elevator wire rope will be used to calculate elevator wire rope elongation after loading.Elastic modulus of existing elevator wire rope is affected by concept definition,unit selection,calculation method,sample selection,etc.,which is easy to cause inconsistency between design calculation and application,resulting in design deviation and affecting elevator operation.Through introduction of EA,a new perspective is provided to define elastic modulus of wire rope,and product of elastic modulus E of traditional wire rope E and metal cross-sectional area A is used as evaluation index,so as to avoid influence of wire rope metal cross-sectional area and force value range on calculation of elevator system,which is more conducive to improving elastic modulus understanding of elevator wire rope and improving calculation accuracy of elevator system.
