摘  要:随着双碳政策推进,电解铝行业节能降耗成为关键。企业通过优化技术条件、减少跑冒滴漏、推动技术革新,力求节能增效。电解槽运行中,集气罩内物料易泄漏至中缝,影响生产并增加氧化铝单耗。本文分析漏料危害及原因,提出源头治理、参数调整、进料封堵等多维度解决方案,以缓解中缝漏料问题。As the nation's dual carbon policy progresses,energy saving and consumption reduction have become crucial in the electrolytic aluminum industry.Enterprises strive for energy efficiency and quality improvement through optimizing technical conditions,reducing leakage and spills,and promoting technological innovations.During the operation of electrolytic cells,materials within the gas collection hood at the upper structure tend to leak into the center seam,affecting production and increasing alumina consumption.This paper analyzes the hazards and causes of such leakage,and proposes multi-dimensional solutions including source control,parameter adjustment,and feed pathway blockage to alleviate the issue of center seam leakage.
