摘　　要：采用国产铍铜母合金生产高性能C17300铍铜合金线材,通过对熔炼、铸造、拉拔、热处理等各关键工序的工艺研究和产品试制,在合金成分、显微组织、力学性能和加工性能等方面达到了预期目标。High-performance C17300 beryllium copper alloy wire is produced using domestic beryllium copper master alloy.Through process research and product trial production of key processes such as melting,refining,casting,drawing,heat treatment,etc.,the expected goals in alloy composition,microstructure,mechanical properties and machining performance have been achieved.
