摘　　要：阳极组装车间现有主要设备装卸站、电解质清理机、残极抛丸机、残极压脱机、磷铁环压脱机、钢爪抛丸机、浇铸站、悬链输送机等单 体设备原设计生产能力为60组/h,现有每个阳极组装车间设备生产线产能约30~35组/小时,设备运转率低、故障率高、设备本质安全较为突显,所以进行生产线的升级优化尤为重要。Anode assembly workshop existing main equipment loading and unloading station,electrolyte cleaning machine,residual pole shot blasting machine,residual pole pressure off-line,phosphorus ring press off-line,steel claw shot blasting machine,casting station,catenary conveyor and other single-body equipment original design production capacity of 60groups/h,the existing anode assembly workshop equipment production line capacity of about 30 to 35 groups/hour.The equipment operation rate is low,the failure rate is high,and the essential safety of the equipment is more prominent,so it is particularly important to upgrade and optimize the production line.
