摘　　要：余热锅炉是从高温烟气中回收热量并将其转化为蒸汽的设备,通常用于铜闪速炉熔炼的生产工艺中。余热锅炉产生的蒸汽有多种用途,包括余热发电、设备保温和蒸汽干燥机加热等。然而,余热锅炉在使用过程中也容易出现腐蚀、生锈和结垢等现象,这会降低其换热效率并增加故障风险。为了防止出现这些问题,必须通过定期的化学清洗来清洁余热锅炉。本文通过余热锅炉化学清洗的生产实践,描述了清除锅炉内部各种沉积物及锈垢、油脂等方法,使锅炉水管内表面清洁度达到正常生产要求,消除了锅炉在生产过程中的安全隐患,为保证锅炉的正常生产创造良好条件。Waste heat boiler is a device that recovers heat from high temperature flue gas and converts it into steam,which is usually used in the production process of copper flash furnace melting.The steam produced by waste heat boilers has a variety of uses,including waste heat power generation,equipment insulation and steam dryer heating.However,the waste heat boiler is also prone to corrosion,rust and scaling during use,which will reduce its heat transfer efficiency and increase the risk of failure.In order to prevent these problems,the waste heat boiler must be cleaned by regular chemical cleaning.Based on the production practice of chemical cleaning of waste heat boiler,this paper describes the methods of removing all kinds of deposits,rust and grease inside the boiler,so that the cleanliness of the inner surface of the boiler water pipe can meet the normal production requirements,safety risks in the production process of the boiler can be eliminated,and create good conditions for ensuring the normal production of the boiler.
