摘  要:胶带机是众多工业厂区中必备的设备。本文通过一条选矿厂胶带机通廊的设计实例,阐述了钢结构桁架式胶带机通廊竖向荷载和水平荷载的计算,构件的布置和计算与,构件截面的选择和优化,桁架的连接和运输与安装的设计。单向斜杆体系和带竖杆的人字式腹杆体系是桁架最常见的两种形式。本文根据四种布置方案,经过中国科学院PKPM计算软件建模计算,明确杆件的受力情况,确定各杆件承受受压力或拉力及具体数值,对计算结果进行分析对比。按照长杆受拉短杆受压的原则,最终选择受力合理且材料用量较少的设计方案。Belt conveyor is the necessary equipment in many industrial plants.Based on a design example of belt conveyor corridor in a concentrator,this article expounds the calculation of vertical and horizontal loads of steel truss belt conveyor corridor,the arrangement and calculation of members,the selection and optimization of the section of members,design of trusses for connection and transport and installation.One-way inclined bar system and herringbone web system with vertical bar are the two most common forms of truss.Based on the four layout schemes,the Chinese Academy of Sciences PKPM calculation software is used to model and calculate the forces on the members,the calculation results are analyzed and compared.According to the principle of tension and compression of long rod and short rod,the design plan with reasonable force and less material consumption is finally selected.
