摘 要:能源问题一直都是影响国家发展的重要因素之一,在我国,小型链条炉被广泛应用在以生物质为燃料的工厂中。针对链条炉固相模型难以建立、气固两相仿真结果在CFD软件中难以结合的问题,利用MATLAB作为数据接口,将FLIC固相数值模拟过程与FLUENT的气相数值模拟过程连接起来,能够得到较为理想的数值模拟结果。以山西某地的热源厂锅炉为研究对象,对锅炉不同炉拱结构下的燃烧情况进行了数值模拟分析,针对小型链条炉氮氧化物排放量过高的问题提出锅炉改造方案,以指导实际生产。结果表明,推迟配风配合加设炉拱的改造方案能够在不影响锅炉效率的条件下大大减少氮氧化物的排放量,烟气出口处的一氧化氮含量减少了约49%。Energy issues have always been one of the important factors affecting national development.In China,small chain boilers are widely used in factories that use biomass as fuel.In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to establish the solid phase model of chain boiler and to combine the results of gas-solid phased simulation in CFD software,the MATLAB was used as the data interface to connect FLIC solid phase simulation with FLUENT gas phase simulation,which can obtain relatively ideal numerical simulation results.Taking the boiler of a heat source plant in Shanxi as the research object,a numerical simulation analysis was conducted on the combustion of the boiler under different furnace arch structures.A boiler renovation plan was proposed to address the issue of high nitrogen oxide emissions from small chain boilers,in order to guide actual production.The results show that the renovation plan of delaying air distribution and adding boiler arches can greatly reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides without affecting boiler efficiency,and the nitric oxide content at the flue gas outlet was reduced by about 49%.
