球孢白僵菌Bb-Gq对苹掌舟蛾的致病性测定及应用研究

摘  要:本研究利用分离自松果梢斑螟幼虫的球孢白僵菌Bb-Gq菌株,采用喷施法对苹掌舟蛾的致病性以及田间防治效果进行测定。结果表明:球孢白僵菌Bb-Gq菌株对苹掌舟蛾有较强的致病性,第1 d时,各浓度累积校正死亡率的差异性均不显著,随接种时间的延长显著性逐渐提高,第7 d时,孢悬液浓度为1×10^(8)、1×10^(7)孢子/mL与1×10^(4)、1×10^(5)、1×10^(6)孢子/mL累积校正死亡率的差异性显著。随接种时间的延长,Bb-Gq菌株对苹掌舟蛾3~7 d的致死中浓度(LC_(50))分别为2.51×1012、7.25×10^(7)、2.43×10^(5)、5.17×10^(3)和2.32×10^(3)孢子/mL,1×10^(4)~1×10^(8)孢子/mL浓度范围内的致死中时间(LT_(50))分别为5.62、4.93、4.63、4.16和3.97 d。田间防治实验结果表明:施药7 d后,平均虫口密度为5.0头/枝,施药14 d后,平均虫口密度为0头/枝,虫口平均减退率达到100%。In this study,the pathogenicity and field application effect of the P.flavescens from the Beauveria bassiana strain Bb-Gq was isolated from the larva of the Dioryctria pryeri.The study showed that B.bassiana Bb-Gq strain had strong pathogenicity to P.flavescens,and the pathogenicity gradually increased with the increase of spore suspension concentration.On the 1 st day,the difference of the cumulative corrected mortality of each concentration was not significant,and the significance gradually increased with the prolongation of the inoculation time.On the 7 th day,the concentration of the spore suspension was The differences in cumulative corrected mortality of×10^(4),1×10^(5),and 1×10^(6)spores/mL were significant.With the prolongation of the inoculation time,the lethal concentration(LC_(50))of the Bb-Gq strain to P.×10^(3)spores/mL,the median time to lethality(LT_(50))of Bb-Gq strains against P.flavescens decreased with the increase of the concentration of spore suspension,and the LT_(50)in the concentration range of 1×10^(4)~1×10^(8)spores/mL were 5.62,4.93,4.63,4.16 and 3.97 d,respectively.The results of field control experiments showed that:B.bassiana Bb-Gq strain had a good field pest control effect on P.flavescens,the average insect population density is 0 head/branch,and the average insect population decline rate reaches 100%.
