摘 要:退耕还林工程作为中国生态建设中的重要一环,旨在改善生态环境、保护生态资源、增加林地面积,提升经济社会效益。本文以陕西省延安市为例,对退耕还林工程的社会经济效益、生态效益等方面进行了评价和监测。研究结果表明,延安市退耕还林工程对于提高当地生态环境、保护生态资源、增加林地面积、改善经济社会效益等方面产生了明显的积极影响,为中国生态建设和可持续发展做出了积极贡献。As an important part of ecological construction in China,the project of returning farmland to forest aims to improve the ecological environment,protect ecological resources,increase the area of forest land,and enhance economic and social benefits.This paper evaluates and monitors the socio-economic and ecological benefits of the fallow forest restoration project in Yan'an City,Shaanxi Province,as an example.The results of the study show that the Yan'an City Retired Cultivated Land Forest Project has had an obvious positive impact on improving the local ecological environment,protecting ecological resources,increasing the area of forest land,and improving economic and social benefits,and has made a positive contribution to ecological construction and sustainable development in China.
