摘　　要：基于乡村振兴战略的实施,聚焦于黑龙江省县域休闲农业和生态旅游的发展转型。在乡村振兴背景下,深入探讨了黑龙江省休闲农业的现状、挑战与机遇,以及生态旅游的进展、特色与发展趋势。通过分析,揭示了两者在推动乡村经济发展、提升农村生态环境、增强农民福祉方面的协同作用。进一步提出,应以乡村旅游资源的整合与优化、旅游产品的创新与升级、旅游服务的品质提升以及旅游基础设施的完善为主要策略,推动黑龙江省县域休闲农业和生态旅游的融合发展。同时,强调政府引导、企业参与、农民主体的角色协同,以及科技支撑、政策保障的系统性措施。研究旨在为黑龙江省乃至全国乡村地区休闲农业与生态旅游的可持续发展提供理论参考和实践借鉴,助力乡村全面振兴与现代化进程。Based on the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,the study focuses on the development and transformation of county leisure agriculture and ecological tourism in Heilongjiang Province.Under the background of rural revitalization,the present situation,challenges and opportunities of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang Province,and the progress,characteristics and development trend of ecological tourism were discussed.Through the analysis,it reveals the synergistic effect of the two in promoting rural economic development,improving rural ecological environment and enhancing farmers'well-being.It is further proposed that the integration and optimization of rural tourism resources,innovation and upgrading of tourism products,improvement of tourism service quality and improvement of tourism infrastructure should be the main strategies to promote the integrated development of county leisure agriculture and ecological tourism in Heilongjiang Province.Meanwhile,it emphasizes the systematic measures of government guidance,enterprise participation,farmers'main role coordination,and scientific and technological support and policy guarantee.The purpose of the study is to provide theoretical and practical reference for the sustainable development of leisure agriculture and ecological tourism in rural areas of Heilongjiang Province and even the whole country,and to help the comprehensive revitalization and modernization of rural areas.
