区域物流能力与区域经济发展耦合性研究——以新疆生产建设兵团为例

摘　　要：新疆生产建设兵团的经济和物流发展对其持久繁荣和长期稳定起着重要的战略作用。然而,其经济发展水平相对薄弱,物流业基础设施不完善,导致物流能力与经济发展缺乏强大的耦合力。因此,研究兵团区域物流能力和区域经济发展之间的耦合性具有重要意义。以兵团2000—2020年物流系统和经济系统的面板数据为研究对象,建立了区域经济和区域物流的耦合度模型,并对两个系统的协调性进行了具体分析。结果表明:兵团的物流能力与经济发展的耦合协调度总体呈上升趋势;耦合协调度的整体水平较低,其最大值仅为0.7238,仅达到中等协调水平。针对兵团区域物流能力和区域经济发展中存在的问题,提出了促进兵团经济与物流协调发展的建议。The economic and logistics development of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps plays an important strategic role in its lasting prosperity and long-term stability.However,its relatively weak economic development level and imperfect logistics infrastructure have led to a lack of a strong coupling force between logistics capacity and economic development.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the coupling between regional logistics capacity and regional economic development in the Corps.Taking the panel data of the logistics system and economic system of the Corps from 2000 to 2020 as the research object,the coupling degree model of regional economy and regional logistics was established,and the coordination of the two systems was analyzed specifically.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of logistics capacity and economic development of the Corps is in an overall upward trend;the overall level of coupling coordination degree is low,and its maximum value is only 0.7238,which only reaches the medium coordination level.In view of the problems existing in the regional logistics capacity and regional economic development of the Corps,suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of the economy and logistics of the Corps are put forward.
