摘　　要：2024年4月,党中央在重庆市召开新时代推动西部大开发座谈会,指出要加快建设新型能源体系,做大做强一批国家重要能源基地。四川是我国的战略腹地,在西部大开发战略中具有独特而重要的地位。近年来,四川加快打造清洁能源示范省,新型能源体系建设取得了一定成效,但也存在能源保供压力较大、能源发展不平衡不充分、能源结构单一、能源绿色低碳转型任务艰巨、储能尚有短板等问题。为此,需要加快体制机制创新、深入推进能源消费革命、促进多能互补发展、培育能源新质生产力、加快建设新型电力系统。In April 2024,the Party Central Committee held a symposium on promoting the development of the western region in the new era in Chongqing,pointing out that it is necessary to accelerate the construction of a new energy system and strengthen and expand a number of important national energy bases.Sichuan is the strategic hinterland of China and has a unique and important position in the strategy of developing the western region.In recent years,Sichuan has accelerated the building of a demonstration province of clean energy,and the construction of a new energy system has achieved certain results.However,there are also problems such as greater pressure on energy supply guarantee,unbalanced and insufficient energy development,a single energy structure,arduous tasks of green and low-carbon energy transformation,and shortcomings in energy storage.To this end,it is necessary to accelerate the innovation of the system and mechanism,further promote the revolution of energy consumption,promote the complementary development of multiple energies,cultivate new-quality energy productive forces,and accelerate the construction of a new power system.
