摘　　要：完善意识形态工作责任制是以习近平同志为核心的党中央作出的重大战略部署。在新的历史起点上完善意识形态工作责任制,就要清醒认识意识形态领域形势依然复杂严峻,深刻认识进一步完善意识形态工作责任制的重要性、紧迫性;进一步采取有力举措,用党的创新理论更好武装全党、教育人民、指导实践,巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位;创新马克思主义理论研究、哲学社会科学研究,构建中国哲学社会科学自主知识体系;用互联网思维推进主流媒体系统性变革,在错综复杂的网络舆论阵地中展现责任和担当;进一步推动理想信念教育常态化制度化,用社会主义核心价值观引领社会思潮;科学把握当前意识形态工作中面临的新情况新问题新挑战,集中多方面力量进一步完善意识形态工作责任制。这六个方面既是完善意识形态工作责任制的关键,又是抓好意识形态工作必须完成好的重大任务。Improving the responsibility system for ideological work represents a major strategic plan made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core.At the new historical starting point,we must be fully aware of the complex and severe situations in the ideological field,and recognize the importance and urgency of further improving the responsibility system for ideological work.We must take more effective measures to better arm the entire Party,educate the people,guide practice with the Party’s innovative theories,striving to consolidate the guiding role of Marxism in the ideological field.We must innovate in the studies on Marxist theory,philosophy and social sciences,striving to build an independent knowledge system for Chinese philosophy and social sciences.We must use internet thinking to promote systemic reform of mainstream media,show responsibility and responsibility in the complex network public opinion position.We must carry out activities on a regular and institutionalized basis to foster ideals and convictions,and then guide social trends with socialist core values in a combination of establishing and breaking down.We must scientifically grasp the new situations,problems,challenges facing ideological work in the present era,and pool the wisdom of various sides to further improve the responsibility system for ideological work.These six aspects are the key to improving the responsibility system for ideological work,and the major tasks that must be completed to do a good job in ideological work.
