摘　　要：前列腺疾病、男性不育症及性功能障碍等男科疾病在男性中高发,并严重困扰男性日常生活,对身心健康造成重大影响。“脑-心-肾-精室”轴理论认为,脑、心、肾、精室以经脉为纽带、以精血为基础、以神明为统摄,四者环环相扣,构成一个有机整体,是男科疾病发病、诊治的主轴线。目前,中医从“脑-心-肾-精室”轴辨治此类男科疾病得到了较好的应用与发展,但对其科学内涵的诠释不足,生物学基础尚不十分清楚。本文主要从神经、内分泌、免疫、微环境等角度入手,探讨了慢性前列腺炎、良性前列腺增生、男性不育症、勃起功能障碍、早泄等不同男科疾病“脑-心-肾-精室”轴失调的生物学基础,以期为深入研究“脑-心-肾-精室”轴理论的科学内涵和应用价值提供参考依据。Prostate diseases,male infertility,sexual dysfunction and other male diseases are highly prevalent in men and seriously affect their quality of life,causing significant impacts on their physical and mental health.According to the theory of "brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber(BHKE)" axis,the brain,heart,kidney and essence chamber are linked by meridians,based on essence and blood,and guided by spirit,which are interconnected to form an organic whole as the main axis for the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of male diseases.At present,considerable progress has been made in the application and development of the “BHKE” axis theory in the treatment of male diseases in Chinese medicine,but the interpretation of its scientific connotation is not sufficient enough and its biological basis lacks further clarification.This review explores into the biological basis of the maladjusted BHKE axis in different male diseases,such as chronic prostatitis,BPH,male infertility,ED,premature ejaculation,from the perspectives of the nerves,endocrine,immune system,and micro-environment,aiming to provide some evidence for further in-depth studies of the scientific connotation and application value of the “BHKE” axis theory in the treatment of male diseases.
