国家体育产业示范基地设立对体育企业创新的影响研究——基于多期双重差分模型的实证分析

摘　　要：国家体育产业示范基地作为培育龙头体育企业和孵化“专精特新”体育企业的重要平台,已然演化为推动体育企业深化创新实践,铸就创新成果的战略高地。以105家体育A股上市、新三板挂牌企业为微观样本库,采用多期双重差分法检验2016—2022年国家体育产业示范基地设立对体育企业创新的影响。结果表明:1)国家体育产业示范基地设立可以有效提升体育企业创新水平;2)国家体育产业示范基地通过财政补贴与驱动数字化转型的中介效应显著提高体育企业创新效能,但知识溢出的中介效应不明显;3)国家体育产业示范基地的设立对体育企业创新存在异质性,对东部地区、制造型和中小型体育企业的创新激励效应更为显著。建议:1)重视人才引进与培养,提升高技能劳动占比,加强科研背景管理团队建设,以提高体育企业的知识溢出质量;2)加强产业集群化发展,打造产业链创新增长极,加速创新政策效能发挥,以促进中西部地区体育企业的持续创新;3)深化体育制造与体育服务的创新协同,构建全面创新体系,推动平台化创新,以提高体育服务企业的创新水平;4)培育行业领军企业,强化知识产权保护机制,深化产学研合作,以增强大型体育企业的创新实力。As a significant platform for cultivating leading sports enterprises and incubating“specialized,refined,unique,and innovative”sports companies,the national sports industry demonstration bases have evolved into a strategic highland that promotes in-depth innovation practices and forges innovative achievements for sports enterprises.Using a micro-sample database of 105 sports companies listed on the A-share market and those listed on the New Third Board,this study employs a multi-period difference-in-differences method to examine the impact of the establishment of the national sports industry demonstration bases on sports enterprise innovation from 2016 to 2022.The results indicate that:1)The establishment of the national sports industry demonstration bases can effectively enhance the level of innovation in sports enterprises;2)the national sports industry demonstration bases significantly improve the innovation efficiency of sports enterprises through the intermediary effects of fiscal subsidies and driving digital transformation,while the intermediary effect of knowledge spillover is not significant;3)the establishment of the national sports industry demonstration bases have heterogeneity in its impact on sports enterprise innovation,with a more pronounced incentive effect on the innovation of enterprises in the eastern region,manufacturing-type,and small and medium-sized sports enterprises.Recommendations include:1)Emphasizing talent introduction and cultivation,increasing the proportion of highly skilled labor,and strengthening the construction of research-oriented management teams to improve the quality of knowledge spillover in sports enterprises;2)strengthening the development of industrial clusters,creating new growth points in the indus‐trial chain,accelerating the effectiveness of innovation policies to promote the continuous inno‐vation of sports enterprises in the central and western regions;3)deepening the innovation syn‐ergy between sports manufacturing and sports services,building a compreh
