摘  要:高校学生社团是落实立德树人根本任务的重要载体。借鉴帕森斯结构功能理论,构建高校学生社团建设的AGIL分析框架,采用非参与式观察、半结构式访谈等方法,从适应、目标达成、整合、模式维持等四个方面对H高校的学生社团建设进行整体性的功能审视,发现存在资源对接不充分、思想政治教育延伸受阻、共建主体参与有限、社团的价值认同缺失等现实困境。高校应推进社团活动项目化管理,强化社团骨干的日常培养,实施共建行为的过程性评价,提升社团的文化黏性,以改进学生社团建设。College student association is an important carrier to carry out the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation.Using Parsons'structure-function theory as reference,this paper constructs the AGIL analysis framework of college student association construction.Non-participatory observation,semi-structured interview and other methods are used to conduct a holistic functional review of the student association construction in H university from four aspects:adaptation,goal achievement,integration and mode maintenance.It is found that there are some practical difficulties,such as insufficient resources docking,obstructed extension of ideological and political education,limited participation of co-builders,and lack of value recognition of associations.Colleges and universities should promote the project management of student association activities,strengthen the daily training of the backbone of student associations,implement formative assessment of co-construction behavior,and enhance the cultural cohesiveness of student associations to improve the construction of college student association.
