摘  要:某公司铅锌矿冶炼后产生的大量铅锌废渣中蕴含着丰富的有价金属资源,为了对其进行合理化处理,根据该废渣属性,经过焙烧-磁选-浮选工艺无害化处理,从铅锌废渣中提取铅、锌、铁、碳和银有价产品进行回收和再生利用,同时将尾矿用作生产水泥和建筑材料的原料,实现了对铅锌废渣中有价金属的资源化利用和其他废弃物的无害化处理,并为企业带来了可观的经济效益。A large amount of lead-zinc waste residue produced after the smelting of a company's lead-zinc mine contains abundant valuable metal resources.In order to rationalize it,according to the properties of the waste residue,after the harmless treatment of roasting-magnetic separation-flotation process,the valuable products of lead,zinc,iron,carbon and silver are extracted from the lead-zinc waste residue for comprehensive recovery and recycling.At the same time,the tailings are used as raw materials for the production of cement plants and the production of building materials as raw materials for the production of cement and building materials,which realizes the resource utilization of valuable metals in lead-zinc waste residue and the harmless treatment of other wastes,and brings considerable economic benefits to enterprises.
