摘　　要：本文简单介绍了贵州五指山纳雍枝铅锌矿找矿标志,阐述了笔者在铅锌矿地质工作中的研究成果。笔者从成矿模式、地层与矿体的空间关系、构造与地层及矿石间的关系、蚀变现象等进行阐述。针对铅锌矿深部找矿方向提供了思维设想及简单地质理论支持。结合笔者长期工作经验及研究,发表了一些自己的建议看法,希望可以对铅锌矿找矿工作起到一定的参考和帮助,提高找矿有效性。This article briefly introduces the prospecting indicators of the Nayongzhi lead-zinc deposit in Wuzhishan,Guizhou,and elaborates on the author's research results in lead-zinc geological work.The author elaborates on the mineralization model,spatial relationship between strata and ore bodies,relationship between structures and strata and ores,and alteration phenomena.Provided thinking ideas and simple geological theory support for the deep exploration direction of leadzinc mines.Based on my long-term work experience and research,I have put forward some suggestions and opinions,hoping to provide some reference and help for the exploration of lead-zinc mines and improve the effectiveness of exploration.
