摘 要:为了适应漂塘钨矿因设备更新和地质条件变化引起的爆破块度不均匀、大块率等问题,结合利文斯顿爆破理论,在现场开展了单孔爆破漏斗试验和多孔同段爆破漏斗试验,得到漂塘钨矿的药包最佳埋深、最佳爆破漏斗体积、最佳孔距以及最佳抵抗线等参数。并确定了漂塘钨矿最佳孔间距为1.0m~1.24m,炸药单耗为0.60~0.73kg/t。为降低爆破大块率,减少矿山成本提供了理论依据。In order to adapt to the problems of uneven blasting block size and large block rate caused by equipment updates and geological conditions changes in the Piaotang tungsten mine,combined with Livingston blasting theory,single hole blasting funnel test and multi hole same section blasting funnel test were carried out on site,and the optimal burial depth of the explosive package,optimal blasting funnel volume,optimal hole spacing,and optimal resistance line parameters of the Piaotang tungsten mine were obtained.And it was determined that the optimal hole spacing for the Piaotang tungsten mine is 1.0m~1.24m,and the explosive consumption is 0.60~0.73kg/t.This provides a theoretical basis for reducing the rate of large blasting blocks and reducing mining costs.
