摘　　要：本文旨在研究地矿企业财务风险管理。首先,分析了可能导致财务不稳定的因素,如市场波动和供应链问题。其次,建立了财务风险评估框架,覆盖了财务、经营和市场指标。探讨了预警系统在企业管理中的应用和发展历程,并提出了应对策略。本研究旨在为企业提供科学、实用的财务风险管理方案,提高企业的抗风险能力,促进可持续发展。This article aims to study the financial risk management of geological and mining enterprises.Firstly,factors that may lead to financial instability,such as market fluctuations and supply chain issues,were analyzed.Secondly,a financial risk assessment framework has been established,covering financial,operational,and market indicators.Explored the application and development process of early warning systems in enterprise management,and proposed corresponding strategies.This study aims to provide scientific and practical financial risk management solutions for enterprises,improve their risk resistance capabilities,and promote sustainable development.
