摘　　要：为了成功开发集聚纺高比例绢丝与汉麻混纺纱,根据成纱要求,合理选用原料,并针对绢丝和汉麻的特性,对其进行纺前预处理,改善两者的可纺性。重点解决各道工序的黏缠问题,严格控制温湿度,合理降低车速,采取防静电措施;梳棉工序采用鹰嘴形道夫针布,提高道夫剥取能力,并加装胶圈导棉装置,避免棉网泄边导致断条;粗纱和细纱工序重点加强对浮游纤维的控制,改善条干水平。通过一系列措施的实施,最终顺利纺制出符合后道工序织造要求的集聚纺绢丝/汉麻65/359.8 tex混纺纱。In order to develop high proportion spun silk and hemp blended yarn,according to yarn requirements,raw materials were selected reasonably.According to the characteristics of spun silk and hemp fiber,the fiber were pretreated to improve their spinnability.Special attention was paid to solve sticking and winding in each process,temperature and humidity were controlled strictly,the speed were reduced reasonably,and anti-static and anti-winding measures were adopted.Special doff card clothing was used to improved stripping capacity.Rubber apron cotton-guiding device was installed to avoid cotton net broken.In roving and spinning process,floating fiber were controlled well to improve the sliver level.Through adopting the above measures,spun silk/hemp 65/359.8 tex condensed blended yarn was successfully produced,its quality could meet weaving requirement.
