摘　　要：总结自动络筒机空气捻接器的工艺调整方法。针对自动络筒机的空气捻接器工作原理和捻接动作等,明确了捻接工艺参数,确定了结头质量评判标准,制定了捻接工艺调整的5个步骤,对特殊品种的接头注意事项进行了说明。指出:应根据结头强力和外观来调整捻接工艺,确保结头强力在正常纱的85%以上,外观为正常纱体的1.2倍左右,不能有明显结头或者两端有棉结;对于莱赛尔、含羊毛羊绒产品、特种纤维产品以及包芯纱等特殊品种,应通过生产实践慎重调整捻接工艺。The process adjustment method of air splicer in automatic winding machine was summarized.According to the working principle and splicing action of air splicer in automatic winding machine,the splicing process parameters were defined,the knot quality evaluation standard was determined,5 steps of splicing process adjustment was formulated,the splicing announcements for special variety were explained.It was pointed out that the splicing process should be adjusted according to the strength and appearance of the knot,the strength of the knot should be reached above 85%of the normal yarn,the appearance should be about 1.2 times of the normal yarn.Obvious knots and neps were not permit.The splicing process should be carefully adjusted for the special variety such as Lyocell,cashmere product,special fiber product and core-spun yarn.
