摘  要:为了研究UHMWPE、聚酰亚胺纤维以及芳纶1313的扭转性能,采用自制单纤维扭转测试仪对3种纤维进行了扭转测试。分析了扭转前后纤维表面及断面形貌、单向扭转后纤维的拉伸性能、捻角与纤维扭转断裂疲劳寿命的关系等。结果表明:聚酰亚胺纤维扭转断裂疲劳寿命最大,扭转断裂周期为130.4周;其次是芳纶1313纤维,扭转断裂周期61.3周;UHMWPE纤维扭转断裂疲劳寿命最低,扭转断裂周期为45.0周;纤维单项扭转后,拉伸断裂强力均显著降低。认为:上述研究结果对于理解纤维在复杂应力环境下的力学响应具有重要意义,可为纤维在实际应用中的选择提供参考。In order to study the torsion property of UHMWPE,polyimide fiber and aramid 1313,three fibers were torsionally tested using a self-made single fiber torsion tester.The surface and cross-sectional morphology of the three fibers before and after torsion,the tensile property of the three fibers after unidirectional torsion,and the relationship between twist angle and torsion fatigue life of the fibers at fracture were analyzed.The results showed that the torsion fracture fatigue life of polyimide fiber was the largest,with a torsion fracture period of 130.4 weeks,followed by aramid 1313 fiber with a torsion fracture period of 61.3 weeks,and UHMWPE fiber had the lowest torsion fracture fatigue life with a torsion fracture period of 45.0 weeks.The fiber breaking strength were reduced obviously after unidirectional torsion.It is believed that the above research results have great significance for understanding the mechanical response of fibers in complex stress environment,and can provide a reference for the selection of fibers in practical application.
