统筹发展与安全背景下黄河流域生态安全与高质量发展面临的挑战及对策研究

摘　　要：黄河流域生态安全与高质量发展关乎国家发展大局和社会主义现代化建设。本文以统筹发展与安全为背景,探究黄河流域生态安全与高质量发展面临的新挑战,提出从文化、制度、屏障、技术等方面应对挑战,为推进黄河流域生态安全与高质量发展提供科学参考,以期抓住机遇、迎接挑战、实现可持续发展。The ecological security and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin are closely related to the overall national development and socialist modernization construction.This article explores the new challenges faced by ecological security and highquality development in the Yellow River Basin against the backdrop of coordinated development and security.It proposes to address these challenges from cultural,institutional,barrier,and technological perspectives,providing scientific references for promoting ecological security and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin,in order to seize opportunities,meet challenges,and achieve sustainable development.
