摘　　要：唐徕渠是宁夏引黄灌区最大的自流干渠,也是世界灌溉遗产工程的典范,不仅滋润着灌区120多万亩良田,还因承担着20万亩湖泊湿地生态补水,成为宁夏平原有名的生态渠、风景线,为灌区和城市水生态环境修复、山水林田湖草沙系统治理带来无限生机和活力。本文通过结合唐徕渠城市段水生态、水文化、水环境建设取得的初步成效和存在主要问题分析,思考城市段水生态水文化建设、保护、利用对策,对推进城市水生态水文化建设提供经验和借鉴。Tanglai Canal is the largest self flowing main canal in the Yellow River Irrigation Area of Ningxia,and also a model of world irrigation heritage projects.It not only nourishes more than 1.2 million acres of fertile farmland in the irrigation area,but also serves as a famous ecological canal and scenic line in the Ningxia Plain due to its responsibility for replenishing 200000 acres of lakes and wetlands.It brings infinite vitality and energy to the restoration of water ecological environment in the irrigation area and cities,as well as the management of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes,grass and sand systems.This article analyzes the preliminary achievements and main problems in the construction of water ecology,water culture,and water environment in the urban section of Tanglaiqu,and considers the countermeasures for the construction,protection,and utilization of water ecology and water culture in the urban section.It provides experience and reference for promoting the construction of urban water ecology and water culture.
