摘　　要：开展兴利调度运用研究是为确保水库安全,并有效蓄泄天然径流,实现水资源综合利用,满足国民经济需求。本文以花溪水库为例,研究水库兴利调度计划的科学性,实现合理调度运行、确保安全、发挥综合效益,促进水资源合理配置和可持续利用,推动经济社会可持续发展及人与自然和谐。Carrying out research on beneficial operation and scheduling is to ensure the safety of reservoirs,effectively store and release natural runoff,realize comprehensive utilization of water resources,meet the needs of the national economy,and meet the requirements of sustainable economic and social development and harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature.Taking Huaxi Reservoir as an example,this paper studies the scientificity of the beneficial operation and scheduling plan of the reservoir,aiming to achieve reasonable operation and scheduling,ensure safety,achieve comprehensive benefits,promote reasonable allocation and sustainable utilization of water resources,and promote sustainable development of society and economy.
