摘 要:为探究紫果云杉不同生长发育阶段的土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷的质量分数及生态化学计量特征的影响,以青海省黄南州麦秀林场40年生、90年生、140年生紫果云杉天然林为研究对象,采用五点法采集0~10、> 10~20、> 20~30 cm的土壤样品,测定三种林龄和三个土层深度的土壤有机碳(C)、全氮(N)、全磷(P)质量分数,并计算化学计量比。研究结果表明,林龄和土层深度对土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷有显著影响(P <0.01),对碳磷比和氮磷比有显著影响(P <0.01),对碳氮比无显著影响(P> 0.05)。土壤有机碳是影响土壤碳磷比变化的重要因素,土壤氮是影响土壤氮磷比变化的重要因素。In order to investigate the effects of soil organic carbon(C),total nitrogen(N)and total phosphorus(P)mass fractions and ecological stoichiometric characteristics in different growth and development stages of Picea purpurea,soil samples from 0-10cm,>10-20cm,and>20-30cm in Maixiu Forest Farm,Huangnan Prefecture were collected to determine the mass fractions of soil organic carbon(C),total nitrogen(N),and total phosphorus(P)across the three forest ages and at various soil depths,and calculate the corresponding stoichiometric ratios,with the use of the five-spot sampling method.The results showed that forest age and soil depth significantly influenced the concentrations of soil organic carbon(C),total nitrogen(N)and total phosphorus(P)(P<0.01),and also significantly affected the stoichiometric ratios of carbon to phosphorus and nitrogen to phosphorus(N∶P)ratio(P<0.01),and there was no significant impact on the carbon to nitrogen(C∶N)ratio(P>0.05).Soil organic carbon significantly influenced the C∶P ratio,and soil nitrogen significantly influenced the N∶P ratio.
