摘　　要：文章围绕菊芋这种食、药、饲兼用新型的经济作物展开研究,总结分析了青海省菊芋产业高质量发展的主要做法和成效,指出了存在的专用品种缺乏、配套栽培技术不完善、机械和人才配套不足、“产-供-销”不通畅等问题,并提出了解决这些问题的相关对策和建议,为青海乃至全国菊芋产业的高质量发展提供建设思路。The article focuses on the research of Jerusalem artichoke,a new type of economic crop used for food,medicine,and feed.It summarized and analyzed the main practices and achievements in the high-quality development of the Jerusalem artichoke industry in Qinghai Province,and pointed out the existing problems of a lack of specialized varieties,imperfect cultivation techniques,insufficient supporting machinery and talent,and unsmooth"production-supply-marketing"channels.It also proposed relevant strategies and suggestions to address these issues,providing constructive ideas for the high-quality development of the Jerusalem artichoke industry in Qinghai and across the country.
