摘 要:农业信息化对农业的整体发展有着重要作用,是促进智慧农业发展和实现农业现代化的一个核心要素,有利于推进农业农村经济结构调整、提高农民收入。采用波拉特法对山西省2012—2021年农业信息化水平进行测度,并结合实际情况研究发现政府对其的重视程度,农业信息化基础设施的建设,技术人员的教育和待遇以及农业机械化的水平都对农业信息化发展具有明显影响。因此,提出了明确政府农业信息化建设责任、加强农村地区信息基础设施建设、加强农业信息化教育与培训以及提升农业机械化应用水平等建议。Agricultural informatization plays an important role in the overall development of agriculture,is a core factor to promote the development of smart agriculture and realize agricultural modernization,and is conducive to promoting the adjustment of agricultural and rural economic structure and increasing farmers’income.This paper uses Borat method to measure the level of agricultural informatization in Shanxi Province from 2012 to 2021,and finds that the government’s attention to it,the construction of agricultural informatization infrastructure,the education and treatment of relevant personnel and the level of agricultural mechanization have obvious effects on the development of agricultural informatization.Therefore,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as clarifying the government’s responsibility for agricultural informatization construction,strengthening the construction of information infrastructure in rural areas,strengthening agricultural informatization education and training,and improving the application level of agricultural mechanization.
